Minimum Order value :

The minimum order is £30.00.   

Payment

Payment must be made by credit or debit cards as listed on the site. Products will not be despatched until full payment is made

Delivery Charges :

Standard Delivery £5.95 ( 30kg Limit) To Mainland UK Only Delivery charges are calculated at check out. A basket containing more than 30kg will be two or more separate packages and the delivery charge will be multiplied by the number of 30kg boxes needed to complete the order.

Delivery times : To Mainland UK Only

Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days ( From consignment being despatched) .

Orders received before 11.00am Monday to Thursday will be despatched within 24 hours.

Orders received after 11.00am Monday to Thursday will despatched within 48 hours.

Orders received between Thursday 11.00amm and Monday 11.00am will normally be despatched no later than Tuesday.

Deliveries will be sent by Courier of our choice.

Product Availability :

Occasionally products ordered will become unavailable. In this event we may omit one or two items from the consignment .The items omitted will be refunded. If a larger amount of your order is unavailable we will contact you by email or telephone.

Returns Procedure :

Breakages & shortages:  Contents of delivered packages must be examined immediately after receipt . Any shortages or broken items must be reported within 24 hours where an item is broken  it must be accompanied with a photograph in the original packaging to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please note that all inner contents of packages are photographed prior to being sealed and despatched.

Right to cancel:

You have the right to cancel any order seven days after receipt of your order. After this seven day period we will consider the consignment as being satisfactory and we may not accept any cancellation. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Cancelled orders :

Cancelled orders should be returned complete and with a proof of purchase . Cancelled orders are to be returned in a resalable condition. Upon examination your credit or debit card will be refunded . Please note you will be responsible for the return postage. Returned items should be sent to :
